Homesteadcare Ilam is a family owned 39 bed home. Our facility offers peace of mind with a range of care options available. This allows our residents the flexibility and convenience to stay with us on a short term basis or permanently.
Life is made easier with meals and housekeeping provided every day. Enjoy fresh fruit and home baking as light refreshments throughout the day to be enjoyed in your room or in one of our lounges or dining room. Every room has a view out to lovely garden areas. Our daily activities provide opportunities to develop friendships and the feeling of togetherness.

Rest Home
Many of our residents choose to live with us permanently. Every room has a partial or full ensuite bathroom. You can be as laid back or busy as you wish accessing our facility services and entertainment options.
Hospital Care
You’re in the best hands with individualised care plans and a team of nurses and caregivers. Take comfort in knowing you have access to mobility equipment, hoists, hospital beds, call bell services and a range of visiting professionals such as doctors, physiotherapists and podiatrist.
Respite Care
This is an opportunity to have a break away and some much needed time to refresh and let us take care of you or your loved one. Many people have loved their stays and enjoy returning to utilise our services – a home away from home.
Living Options
Living at Homesteadcare Ilam is restful knowing that your day-to-day needs are being met, taking the stress out of life. Our rooms are fully furnished, each with its own personality, plenty of natural light and a neutral colour palette that allows you to style your bedroom just the way you like.
Our care staff will happily assist you with showering, dressing and administering of medicines. We provide assistance with wound care, continence and any other health needs as required. Call bells are in every room which means that help is always there 24 hours a day.
